What warranty comes with Versa-Mount?
Versa-MountTM includes a 2-year warranty.
Are there any ventilators that don’t work with Versa-Mount?
Versa-MountTM is compatible with all ventilators.
Does Versa-Mount work with electric wheelchairs?
Yes. Versa-MountTM works with all mobility devices, including electric wheelchairs.
How many people does it take to install Versa-Mount?
One person can install the mount in approximately 30 minutes.
How long does it usually take to remove Versa-Mount?
It can be removed in approximately 2 minutes.
How do I clean and disinfect Versa-Mount?
A damp cloth with disinfectant works well.
What routine maintenance is required?
Wipe it down with a damp cloth and periodically check/tighten hardware. Routine checkups by a medical technician are also recommended.
Are replacement parts readily available?
Yes. Replacement parts are kept in stock and typically ship the next business day.
What is included in a standard Versa-Mount order?
Versa-MountTM ships standard with the tubular end mount. Adjustable end mounts may be selected instead.
What information do I need when placing my order?
You’ll need to know the type of wheelchair backrest being used and whether the chair has back canes.
